I get up everyday M thr F at 3am to work out for an hour before having to do a few things around the house, get around for the day and get myself and daughter out the door at 6am, we get home at 6pm...weekends i get up at 4am

I also am experiencing this. I have a fit bit as well. I enter my cardio workouts manually into myfitness pal and anything else i do I let the fitbit make its adjustments. Is that correct? M-F my full time job is in an office, however I do find time and make time to do mini workouts or get up and walk around, sometimes…

I get up at 3:05 every morning. I have to leave my house by 6am, so this leaves me time for 50 minutes of cardio, time to get coffee, do some light housework, shower, and get myself and my daughter out the door, drop her off at daycare at 6:30, and to work by 6:45...work 7-5 Monday thru Fri

Yes I have 3 or 4 dvds, also you can find videos on you tube and her walk at home website...i jog to them instead of walk love it!

i too usually have same thing, fat free deli meat, wrap, lettuce tomato, side salad and a piece of fruit. fridays are usually chef salad day. also by the tuna in pouches to take and make up and put them in a wrap...( i love wraps and arnolds sandwich thins!)

I love mine, had it since March, and always wear it under my shirt. Highly recommend it! I have had mine since March and it is great, links right to your MFP account. It is small and not visible when you are wearing it ( I wear mine clipped onto my bra). Not sure what I ever did before I had it!!
