  • I'm looking for more friends! I have 100-150 lbs to lose and started following the Gastric Bypass Alternative regimen. So far things are going well it is taking some adjustment but I'm looking for some support through the upcoming months.
  • I have 100+ lbs to lose and I'm going to need all the help I can to get it done. I'm looking for people to help me along the way either a virtual HIGH FIVE or giving me a pep talk on days I'm slacking! You all are an inspiration and I know I can do it one day at a time.
  • Finished Round 2 today (2 days early due to the weekend) I'm down an additional 3.4lbs and 2 inches. Round 1 Results: 10 lbs and 6 inches Total Loss thus far: 29.4lbs and 26 inches.
  • I'm in my 2nd round of 21DF and while I haven't been the greatest in the kitchen I'm still working out. The scale isn't moving this round but I can tell inches are moving which I'll take. I'm going to go back to calorie counting, treadmill, weights for a few weeks and then jump back into another round. I love the workouts…
  • @SatiaRenee do you think you need to up your food intake or back it down? (I don't know where you are at) Perhaps you are burning to much so your body is retaining everything you eat? Just a thought I know in the past I sometimes I have to trick my body by adding a few higher calorie days.
  • How about the PB2 stuff I see people talking about? I'm not a huge fan of PB so it doesn't really affect me but I have been known to put some on toast.
  • I'm thinking the Upper/Lower and Cardio ones. I wrote down the ones I kept track of on cardio but didn't on today's Upper Fix.
  • Anyone have a printable sheet for counting reps? I'd like to do this and can invent my own but if someone already has one I'd be forever grateful. You know name of the work-out and then a place to jot down the number you did in between reps?
  • I'm starting Round 2 with some local friends on June 1st. So this week I'm on my treadmill, lifting weights, etc. I can't believe it but I miss Autumn's workouts and the sweat!!! :)
  • This "clean" eating requires meal prep. So pick a day that works for you and cook up some rice, chicken, add some black beans, salt, pepper to taste. All you have to do is warm it up. It's better for you than any pre-packaged no cooking involved meal will ever be.
  • I ended Round 1 today!!! Results were 10 lbs lost and 6". I'm going to start Round 2 on June 1st. Have a great weekend everyone.

  • I'm going to have to look into the PiYo I've been hearing good things about it. I think after my 2nd round of the Fix I'm going to borrow my friends T25 and give that a shot for awhile just to keep my body guessing what I'm doing. :)
  • I had my sons Cub Scout award ceremony tonight and would have loved to come home and just vegged but instead I pushed PLAY on the evenings workout Pilates Fix. :)

  • Amazing results in here! Keep up the great work. Can someone tell me what the 3 Day Quick Fix is? I've also seen a 3 Day something or other that I'm curious about.
  • I'm doubling up workouts this week. I did the 21DF - Total Body Cardio Fix this morning and will do the Pilates Fix tonight! I'm loving this program and plan to start round 2 on June 1st.
  • Wow these results are amazing!! I hope I'm able to post some nice stats on 5/26/15 which is also my 14th Wedding Anniversary. :) I'm currently on Day 11 and loving this program. I was down 5.4lbs my first week for a total WL this far of 21 lbs.
