  • You're not alone! Between Jan-April 2012 I lost 32lbs! I have since put 20lbs back on. I'm so mad and disappointed in myself. I know what I need to do to lose the weigh and how to do it, I just can't seem to get motivated. It's true what they say..."if you don't plan ahead, you plan to fail". If I don't plan out my menu…
  • Level 1 Day 7 for me. I started it last tuesday and come thursday after only doing it two days in a row (I have been exercising for the last four months), my legs and butt were sooooo sore. Now I have four consecutive days in a row and feel great! It does get easier ladies! Stick with it!
  • I made turkey subs tonight! I added green peppers and black olives but skipped the cheese. Yummy!
  • I saw this too. I could not believe the lenghts people will go to. My first thought was get off your lazy *kitten* move! It's real simple...calories in - calories out. I would be embarassed to be seen in public with a tube in my nose. So these women want to "appear" smaller and still look untoned and flabby? This is just a…
  • Looks yummy! Count me in! I love turkey meatballs:smile:
  • I just started yesterday, 4/10/12. I really liked it however the worst part for me were the lunges! I hate lunges, but they work! Lol my quads aren't really sore but they feel like jelly, like my legs want to give out...must be working!
  • No my friend did not tell me to send it to everone I know. Him sending me the email and my credit card number being stolen was a coincidence. No, it was not due to rfid theft as none of my cards have it. I was just sharing with others what I had just learned about.
  • Thanks for responding! I might need to invest in a heart rate monitor so I can track my calories burned then log that in. Thanks again!
  • WTG! I quit drinking pop 15 yrs ago and have not had a single drop since, no relapses and no cravings! I got tired of going out to eat at a restaurant and eating a huge meal and then drinking 2-3 large glasses of pop on top of that. I felt bloated and awful. I don't miss it one bit. All I drink is water. Great…
  • Great job! You can see the difference in your stomach. Keep up the great work!
  • I do! I am loving my legs! They have never looked so good! I use Kathy ireland's video Body Specifics. It's 12 min abs, 12 mins thighs and 12 min butt. It rocks! You will not believe how well these exercises work. The video is from 1995 but very effective. Here is link ti purchase the video from Amazon. It's well worth the…
  • I notice most of my weight loss in my stomach and especially my boobs:( on the bright side, I'm loving my legs as My quads are well defined!
  • Bumping this up for those of you who log on in the morning or early afternoon. Would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!
  • 1. Get my first tattoo! 2. Buy a new wardrobe! 3. Wear a bikini for the first time ever!
  • I ordered mine from Amazon.com. It was only $7.00 and some change + shipping. Can't wait to get it!

  • Try the steamed vegetable dumplings. They are 45 calories each and 6 pieces come in an order for a total of 270 calories! Yummy!
  • Thanks for sharing, sounds yummy! I must say Reese cups are my favorite, especially the miniatures one you have to unwrap.
  • My hubby is def supportive! He's totally embraced my trying to eat/cook low fat and using healthy substitutions. He always asks me how i'm doing, what my weight was that morning. He's always told me that he's extremely attracted to me but hearing it now, I actually feel more worthy b/c I'm becoming happy with myself.
  • For cardio, I prefer my elliptical trainer over the treadmill. I think maybe because it's lower impact on ankles and knees. For strength training, I love my Total Gym! I got my Total Gym from QVC about 4 yrs ago. They do still carry it and its only $258.00 and on 4 easy payments of $64/month! So worth the money. I also…
  • I've lost about 25lbs since 1/9/12! It's nice to get compliments and know that people notice your hard work. One great perk...it's so much easier to shave my legs now!
  • I'm 35 yrs old and 5'3" tall. My ah momemt was when I tipped the scales at 172lbs! That's what I weighed 9 months pregnant with my first pregnancy! Yikes!!! Then I decided to join a local Biggest Loser contest. I'm happy to say in 8 wks, I have lost 23lbs! As of yesterday, I was in 2nd place for $970! 6 wks to go...if I…
  • Chocolate.....give me chocolate or give me death!
  • I feel your pain, thin mints are my favorite Gril Scout cookie. At least you went to the gym to repent. lol I, so far, have resisted them twice. Maybe try eating a couple then put the box in the freezer!
  • Ditto! I quit drinking pop 15 yrs ago and haven't had a sip since! I prefer water only and with wedge of lemon or a packet of true lemon. You can find them at the grocery store. They are convenient to take with you anywhere for tea or water!
  • Personally, I did not like the skinny girl margarita but might give them another try. Jose quervo light margarita is yummy and only 100 calories per serving! For some reason, I definitely got a quicker buzz with the light version. Maybe that's because there's a lot less sugar. Also, crystal light now has a margarita…
  • Progresso lite chicken noodle soup 140 calories for the whole can! Oscar Mayer thin sliced smoked turkey breast 45 calories for 6 slices, ghiridelli chocolate and ice water with lemon! I quit drinking pop 15 yrs ago and don't drink coffee either!
  • Thanks for the tip, will definately try this!
  • I will join the challenge! It's very stressful for me when I don't plan my menu ahead. Stopping at the store 2 or 3 times a week to pick up something to make for dinner because I failed to go to the store and buy a weeks worth of groceries is tiring. You know what they say "if u don't plan ahead, you plan to fail"! I…
