  • I feel if I want to eat crappy, I have to log it when I'm done and seeing that on my log is:smile: very upsetting. You'll always have days that may be crappy, but you always have tomarrow as a new day to start fresh. Good luck you can do it by xmas!

  • Shakes are really good or mashed foods. Main thing you need to watch for is to not get any suction. Avoid using a straw as you can get a dry socket(very painful) Good luck tomarrow

  • That's so exciting! I bought a pair and wore them to work all day. Be careful what shoes you wear with them. If anything catches the weights it can puncture the weight. I found out the hard way, the sand ending up in my shoe. They feel great at the end of the day though when you take them off you'll feel so light. Good…
  • Hey every one. I've been using this site for about a month and and very excited. Ok I like to have a diet coke a couple times a week. I found out even with diet soda it stoes your fat along your midsection and makes it twice as hard to lose that belly fat we all hate. Bummer, definitley stick to water. good luck every one!
