OK so the weekend is once again here! I hope everyone is enjoying themselves and remembers that even though we're off of work we're not off from living a healthy lifestyle. :happy:
I fell WAY off the wagon last weekend and regretted it all week. So this is a friendly reminder to not un-do all the hard work you have done this past week as well as all of the obstacles you overcame.

I needed this right now. I didn't log yesterday....that was a first for me. I need to get my butt outside as soon as my son gets up from his nap. Thanks for the reminder!!!0

Last weekend when I was feeding my face I wasn't going to log, but when I did I was like WOW :noway: ! It helped me to see how bad everything was that I was eating and I keep that in mind every time I wanna just eat what ever I want. You don't have to do it, but it actually helped me. Good luck!0 -

I went to a party last night and splurged a while there...and then got home and thought - it's barely the weekend! And I already splurged! Ahhhh!
So I'm going to go for a run when I'm done writing this!
I'm going out with friends tonight again (graduation weekends are the worst for high calorie food and drinks!) so thank you for this post to remind me not to splurge again tonight! :happy:

seriously though, I am up a few from my goal weight and want to get back on track.....I am going to a GNO tonight and am already trying to plan things out so I don't overindulge TOO much
