  • funny when i was deciding which ones to buy from the biggest loser, i really wanted the yoga one.. then i saw that @*&^# name in there and i immediately clicked delete cart... I can not stand that woman and i have no idea why on earth would they want to put her in a video.. she is probably a bigger villan that omaroso
  • you could cut it up in little chunks with some mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, tomatos.. and make kabobs
  • mine is 1200 too, but i think that is because i put in that i want to lose 2 pounds a week. But yeah, once breakfast, snack, and lunch is in there, i have about 300-400 calories left.. which is nothing for dinner
  • so far so good... its hard to remember to put it on when i am doing other stuff (like painting the spare room, helping hubby with the fence etc..) But the ONE time i worked out this week, it worked pretty good, i like to see how many calories i actually am burning
  • I assume its everyday.. like yesterday i so wanted to get off the elliptical at 10 minutes, and i said well i might as well go for 15.. what is 5 more minutes!

  • I have two similarities to you.. Trying to lose the baby weight (6 months today) and going on a cruise in September! I however gained 70 pounds!! I got about 10 more to lose to make it to prebaby weight then need to tone up some things... Good luck, lots of good information on here to help you!

  • I am the same way with my boobs.. I am breast feeding right now, so they are extra big.. I wear my tank nursing bra, a tank sports bra, and a regular sports bra over that... All that jumping kills me!!

  • I think the meats you should stay away from are Pepporoni, Salami, Bologna. You have to heat them to kill a food poisoning called listeriosis. Normal people dont get sick from it, but it can do damage to a fetus. My doctor said though if you want or crave a Bologna sandwhich, eat one piece... Just dont go overboard and eat…

  • Yes, the shower thing works for me too. It seems no matter if i just fed 10 mintues before, after i get out of the shower i am "full" again!

  • I know what you mean mrsyac2... my 6th month old is the size of a one year old (22 lbs) and it is really difficult for me to nurse comfortably.. he is so big we just cant get in a good position half the time.. I dont know how people can nurse 12months and up, but i give them props.. I watched this show on dateline or one…

I know yall were just trying to look out for me and my nasty tasting low calorie cupcakes...:laugh: That is why i originally posted, i wanted to see if anyone had a good recipe that you couldnt tell it was low calorie..
