I'm a pescetarian.. but as you will see.. I don't eat fish too often. I love it.. but I only eat it frequently when I'm back home with the family... so feel free to add me!

Meag - I know how you feel. This past week has been rough for me too, and It's an effort to pull myself out of bed in the morning.. but then after working out I feel energized and amazing.. so even if your run wasn't your best, the point is that you got out there and you still did it! And more importantly it gives you that…

I've been a vegetarian for 3 years, so feel free to add me and watch my diary! I love mushrooms but don't eat them frequently so you can see how another vegetarian eats. Unfortunately I don't live an organic or whole food lifestyle although I'd love to but let's face it.. I can't afford to.

Abby - How are you loving p90x. I've always wanted to do it, but my apartment isn't built for silence so I can't be jumping around in here, so I'm contemplating maybe getting it when I find another place to live. And I've heard complaints about the guy's "motivation" style, how a lot of people find him terribly annoying.…

Emily - I'm so sorry to hear about your grandmother. I know what that's like. My grandmother died of pancreatic cancer before I even graduated HS, and she was only 75. We expected her for at least another 10 years, but I still cry about it sometimes. And then my grandfather passed away the next year, and it was really…

Meag - A unicycle? Really? I'd probably fall on my face the second I tried to get on it! That's awesome! And I love your 2 lunch break goal. We're supposed to eat.. every 4 hours hours, so one as a lunch and one as a mental/snack break is a great way to take a couple of seconds to refuel. Meg? - Rangers fan, huh? where are…

Great for the link. That is definitely true!

I second that. Chocolate, caramel and a cookie?? Who can resist!.. well, we can, but I wish we didn't have to!

Abby - WOW! That sounds like an awesome run! I love hiking in the trails, it's so nice to get out of the daily grind of seeing houses/cars/shops, and just to connect to nature for a bit, only focus on you, and not about getting hit by a lunatic not watching the road. Amy - 7 inches! DANG! That's amazing! And as with…

Hi Everyone! I have an appointment with an endocrinologist on Nov. 4 to test if I have Hashimoto's. My grandmother had the symptoms, and my mother is a walking dictionary of the symptoms but based on basic blood work, her results are "within normal". My sister was born without a thyroid so she has been on synthroid her…

My boyfriend tells me he is going to move in with me when I go out to visit him for Halloween. This would only be a temporary commitment, at least until June and then when I have to move out.. who knows.. but he also loves his social life..and I don't need to be the life of the party. So I have my reservations about him…

Hi all my lovely ladies! My life has finally settled down for a bit. I'm Interning full-time now back at home in NY, so I have less and less time to spend on here. I pretty much work all day, workout for a bit, shower, eat, watch some tv or something for a bit then pass out. I'm sorry I was gone all month of June. Time…

Well I'm down 1.5 lbs from last week. But that still means I'm 1.5 over from when I first started. I'm at 141.5

OMG! I HAVE to do this every pizza.. of course only the gross greasy pizza. Not my homemade pizza isn't like that. I usually run through 2-3 of those little napkins trying to dap the grease off.

Maria: As long as you are healthy and still have muscles, just ignore them. They aren’t used to people actually looking under the obesity rate. As long as your doctor says you’re healthy, and you know that you are healthy, eating enough, and working out.. just ignore them Meghan: Welcome!! Cait: I’ve heard wedding planning…

GREAT WORK EVERYONE!!!!

Tara: I really should try, but I just don’t know what to change anymore. I upped my calorie intake while back, that didn’t change anything, and I started weight training, and well I didn’t get too far until the boyfriend came and finals took over my life. I’m starting strong again on my weight training. I’m really hoping…

My weight hates me right now. I weighed myself about 2 days ago and I weighed the same, then when I weighted myself today, I gained 3 lbs. I don't understand. I'm doing a terrible job at contributing to Gryffindor's weight loss.

How in the world have I gotten so far behind in life?!? I'm really disappointed with myself. I promise I'll be here again! Angela4Health -run 60 miles in June and eat clean for 29 of the next 30 days CCSunlight- Drink at least 8c of water a day, lose 8 pounds, and make sure to stay on track as I move and settle in…

So where's that June thread? LOL. I'm sorry I've been gone for so long. Really quick. I had a great time with the boyfriend. And I just weighed myself (while having my "friend" here) and my weight hasn't really changed. I was actually up a pound last I checked and I am back to where I normally am. After 2 weeks of late…

Seeing as though it's Wednesday morning and I never checked in.. am I kicked out? I was gone all weekend with very limited internet access....:frown:

You shouldn't really work out too close to bed because working out is an energy boost and usually wakes you up. However, I find that when I strength train after I'm done and showered I'm more tired than ever....but strength training doesn't really get the endorphins pumping like a cardio workout. I usually end up eating…
