Have you got a body pump class at the gyn you go to? the class is designed to burn fat, and it also defines and tones your body. I did it for the first time today and the instructor said it is one of the best classes for women to tone up and define your body shape and you definately won't bulk up which women actually…

Thanks for the info re protein shakes...I am going to give them a go as anything which will help my weightloss is more than welcome!! I have seen them online! And I am going to enquire at the gym I go to....I am also in the UK xx

Thanks for the advice.....I am not hurting loads, just feel very achy and can feel it it in certain parts of my body when I move...its defo not above a 5 so am gonna go for it and just take it easy!! I have heard alot about this protein shakes...what do they actually do for you? xx

Thanks honey, am gonna go for it, although feeling a little nervous as well as not done this class before!!! Am getting a bit addicted to this exercise lark now!! Sounds like you are doing really well honey....will need to book my trip to Oz when we are both slinky slimmers!!! Much love chick xx

OP, I generally don't eat my calories back unless I am really hungry after training. I try to save then for if I want a bit of a treat at the weekend. Don't force yourself to eat more if you don't want it, go with what your body is telling you xx

I don't eat my calories back and exercise 3 times a week x

I always have a little something before exercising especially if it is first thing in a morning as it gets you metabolism going even if it is only a piece of fruit. x

I generally don't eat back any of my calories on the day but allow myself a small treat on a weekend if I have stuck to my daily target x
