I am starting up again...

I am a SAHM with four children 17, 10, 8, and 6. My husband and I both are back to tracking our eating habits once again! I had lost about 20 lbs but now have added 7lbs back on. I want to get to healthy weight for me and I want to be overall healthy for myself and my family. I have two daughters one is 10 and she is aware of eating habits... and so is my 6 year old but the thing is she learned it from school not at home! We always tell our kids we are getting healthy and trying to maintain a healthy life. We aren't extreme dieters or anything just try to stay with portion control.

My big problem, obstacle is getting into a workout routine that doesn't seem like a chore. I have the P90 and was doing that about 4 days a week for 4 mos and got frustrated not getting results....my figure did change, my weight did not. Just seems like a chore and I really want it to be fun....

Also I will be 40!!! in July so this is a big motivator!!!
