I would appreciate it. I have a grief counselor I see every Friday. Right now I plan on working out 5x a week for 30 minutes. I enjoy running and the elliptical. I also plan on throwing in some weights on top of the 30 mins cardio. Taking the stairs at work (I'm a teacher) and 4 small meals/snacks during the day.

I feel as though my work out time is my time AWAY from all the crap. Sometimes I listen to music, sometimes I don't. One thing I cannot stand is when people use their phone during hot yoga. Yoga is supposed to be calming and peacefully, I don't want to heard about your weird bumps in your private parts.

Yup. I have horrible anxiety and I am taking meds for it now. Exercise really helps calm my mind, especially running. I just focus on the music (Watch the Throne album right now) and everything else melts into the background. It is wonderful.

Everything in moderation. Obviously eating fries everyday and being under your calorie intake is not going to help you lose weight. Fries maybe once every week or two is ideal.

Had to stop competitive swimming after hurting shoulder so badly that it would need surgery. Did not change eating habits after stopped swimming. 70 pounds later, here I am.

I have been working out in the mornings recently and I feel hungry ALL DAY LONG. I prefer it to evenings because I can't make excuses not to work out.

40 minute/3mile elliptical ride and a 20 minute walk uphill home (usually ride the bus but I was feeling gooooood so I walked it). I looking forward to my workout tomorrow!
