I am finding that not eating between meals is hard for me, since I am a well known snacker.
This is something that my Nutritionist wanted me to try. Some days are okay and some
like today are hard. I had a bike today and when I got back I had a Fiber One bar.
But, I felt like I needed it. I guess its all in the discipline which I am learning.

Did you stay within your nutritional goal? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed on track, not eating between meals.

I wouldn't be able to do that! I usually at least have some celery or cucumber slices to satisfy my afternoon munchies!

Well, today I weighed myself in, and I have gained 1.3lbs this week. :-( It could be because I am on my "cycle" /shrug According to my Aria scale I have gained 6 pounds of "lean mass" and lost 5 lbs of fat this week, but I don't know how much to believe the scale about that stuff. I have only been working with weights a few days now, so 6lbs of muscle gain seems a bit high. I guess we will have to see next week, right? I was just soooo looking forward to breaking the 250 mark and being able to tell people that I lost 15 pounds this last month. I have always said that the numbers didn't matter and that I was more concerned with being fit and able to do stuff (which I knew would need muscles) but seeing that number go up today was harder than I expected..

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to gym. Did 20mins of cardio, a weight machine circuit, and a 30 min "body flow" class (combination of Yoga, Pilates and Tae chi) and worked out in my yard
What would I have done different? Ate better (even though I stayed within "limits" my choices could have been better)
What is today's personal goals? Eat reasonably, Go to the gym, work in back yard

GW at the end of the Summer 9/22: I want to be at 245 lbs.

Thurs - 10 mins on bike, 10 mins on treadmill, 20ish min strength training, yard work
Wed - 20 mins on bike, 15 mins on treadmill, 30ish mins strength training machines

Sat - 8 hrs shopping (Fitbit - 5,680 Steps for the day)

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Mostly yes. Didn't do the yard work. I had a mental break down when I lost my engagement / wedding ring at the gym and by the time I got a call to say someone found it (a few hours later) I was completely wiped out.
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to gym. Did 25mins of cardio, a weight machine circuit... felt sore afterwards which I think is a good sign that muscles are being worked :)
What would I have done different? Didn't freak out so much when I lost my ring.... then I would have been up to doing other stuff after it was found /shrug
What is today's personal goals? Eat reasonably
