Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Sort of - I finished logging my calories this morning
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? worked out
What would I have done differently? track my calories last night
What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, the elliptical, grocery shopping for my aunt and host a cookout tonight.
Missed Spring 2013 by 4lbs. I'm happy that I'm working out 5 times a week and making good food choices most of the time.

Sun- a 2+ mile walk with my daughter - first time she's walked with me for exercise
Mon - 42 mins elliptical
Tues - 60 mins yoga
Wed - 4 mile walk
Thurs - 33 elliptical

What are today's personal goals? Stop snacking. Drink more water. Get to bed earlier.
Mon – Spent 70 minutes on challenges, and 67 minutes walking 4.44 miles.
Tues -- Spent 90 minutes on challenges and 65 minutes walking 4.39 miles
Wed -- REST DAY - husband's b'day
Thurs - REST DAY #2...laid down for 30 min nap...turned into 12 hour nap!!!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't have ice cream and cake!
What would I have done differently? Drank more water & not had a couple of things at carry in that I shouldn't have. it wasn't worth it!
What is today's personal goals? Exercise enough to stay within calories! Having pizza tonight! You have to splurge sometimes!

Wedns - 16 min. walk, 18 min. Turbo Jam DVD
Thurs. - push-ups, dips, back exercises, jumped rope

What would I have done differently? Packed a good snack so I could avoid all the treats in the office.
What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories and exercise; Allow myself three small treats from the remaining stuff in the office break room... because there are Mexican cookies, and I am human!

Sorry I have been missing on here. I started a new job (only for 2 weeks) and am not finished with my current one which is ending Monday. So I also need to look for more summer employment on top of that. I didn't put down my daily plan for exercise. I have to switch from morning exercise routine to an afternoon one since I now work mornings. Since I went to 2 aquafit classes that leaves a hole. Maybe I will run more or start weight training.

Any suggesions? Only lost .2 in 4 days. Didn't really do anything different from when I started this 18 days ago where I lost 7.5 in 15 days. I was hoping if I continued doing the same I'd keep on the consistent pace of 2 lbs per week.
