    Aug 11 Sunday
    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, except a little over on sodium
    Did I reach personal goal? Yes!
    What did I do that I am proud of? Made it through a couple of hours of HARD hiking and also didn't use my exercise calories!
    What would I have done differently? Nothing.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. Get some walks in though not strenous!

    Goal Weight at the end of Summer 9/22: = 185 lbs.

    Sun. - Hiked a couple of strenuous hours! I just noticed that when I entered my food tracking tonight that it said if every day was like today I would be at 185 lbs (my summer goal) in 5 weeks. I'm 5 weeks away from the end of summer..............I don't think I can do what I did today every day but being the competitive person that I am it certainly gives me incentive! lol

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate fairly well while out for dinner, did some walking / hiking while searching for geocaches
    What would I have done differently? Would have liked to get in my cardio on my bike
    What is today's personal goals? Eat within goals, be as active as able to be but don't do too much til doc clears me

    NEW GW at the end of the Summer 9/22: I want to be at 230 lbs.

    Sun - 45 mins walking / hiking
    Sat - 45 mins walking (leisurely pace) around neighbourhood (had to go in some brush areas to look for cache)
    Fri - Rest Day
    Thurs - 30 mins on bike
    Wed - 30 mins on bike
    Tues - 10 mins on bike, 2 mins rowing, 1 hour strength training with personal trainer
    Mon - 35 mins on home bike (doing "sprints for 30secs every 5 mins)

    Mon - rest
    Tues - 25 minutes stationary bike
    Wed - 15 minute walk, 26 minute stationary bike
    Thurs - 22 minute walk, 20 minutes stationary bike
    Fri - Lots of walking in the HEAT
    Sat - Lots of walking carrying things around
    Sun- 20 Minutes stationary bike

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? made some turkey sausage last night and protein shakes to get back on track

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes with everything. Didn't eat exercise calories either
    Did I reach personal goal? Yes!
    What did I do that I am proud of? Didn't walk a lot so lowered my calorie intake accordingly.
    What would I have done differently? Should have walked more but was pretty sore from yesterday's mega hike and air quality was poor from forest fires until late afternoon! Cleaned condo and did laundry since we needed to stay inside most of the day.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. If air is clear will get a few more walks in.

    Sun- 114 minutes on challenges, NROLFW, and walking 5.43 miles

    Fri - so sick of being sick!! Getting better, though. Also...this is my vacation...ha! some vacation!

    Hi Everyone! Just got back from 9 days of our sailing vacation. Weather was great couldn't ask for more.
    Now back to the game of losing weight again. :drinker: I say game, because I am maintaining instead of losing.
    We did exercise while I was gone with walking and we took our foldable bikes with us.:bigsmile:
    Now I am up 2.4 lbs. from my last weigh in so I have to get started. Good luck this week !

    Hi I am back from our family camping trip with my side of the family. It is the 10th Annual Family Camping Trip this year. Very fun with talks, hikes, swimming in cold Lake Wenatchee and my husband and I stopped by Leavenworth a mountain tourist town for a German dinner and walking around town. I just logged in food and exercise for the trip and stayed under calories each day with alot of exercise except for the day before and day we got to camp but I had alot of general activity those days. It was really cool that my Fitbit automatically logged in all my steps when I got home. I know it stored at least a day back but not 3 days. I am looking forward to reading all your posts for the weekend and start of this week.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? not quite in that I had more than 1 rest day but alot of exercise minutes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went for a hike and didn't have to stop on the hill but my sister stopped to tie her shoe so that was my only stop.
    What would I have done differently? gotten in a 45 minute walk on Thursday or Friday last week
    What is today's personal goals? 1 hour exercise 6 days a week, water, healthy food


    Sun- camping activity - 85 minute walk
    Mon - camping activity - 95 minute hike, 45 minute leisurely swim and walking around Leavenworth
