    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? yes
    Did I reach personal goal? yes
    What did I do that I am proud of? stayed under & exercised!
    What would I have done differently? eaten less calories
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? exercise & stay under in calories

    Goal Weight at the end of Summer 9/22: = 134 lbs.

    Sun. - Was going to work out, but woke up sore/aching... decided to let my body rest another day - rather than to push it.
    Mon - did dips
    Tues - Nope.
    Wedns - Did Turbo Jam "Burn", dips, push-ups, triceps extensions, back exercises.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Was under on calories & fat but over on sodium
    Did I reach personal goal? Yes
    What did I do that I am proud of? drank my water again........have done it consistently so time to up it another glass
    What would I have done differently? Walked more.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. Walk at least 1 hour and drink 5 glasses of water
    Goal Weight at the end of Summer 9/22: = 185 lbs.

    Sun. - Walked 45 minutes
    Mon - Did a good hike (for me)
    Tues - Did a lot of walking

    What would I have done differently? really made a decent dinner instead of grazing

    What is today's personal goals? Eat within goals, be as active as able to be but don't do til doc clears me

    Wed - 30 mins on bike
    Tues - 10 mins on bike, 2 mins rowing, 1 hour strength training with personal trainer
    Mon - 35 mins on home bike (doing "sprints for 30secs every 5 mins)
    Sun - 2 mins rowing, 10 mins on bike, 30 on treadmill, 1 hour or so strength training
    Sat - 30 mins on recumbent bike at home
    Fri - 30 mins on recumbent bike at home.
    Thurs - 10 mins on bike, 1 hr getting my butt kicked by trainer

    Did I reach personal goal? Yes, Walked forEVER and will have my 5th glass before I go to bed.
    What did I do that I am proud of? Walked many different times today and walked up several BIG hills instead of avoiding. Didn't eat ice cream even though I could have!
    What would I have done differently? eaten a salad instead of leftovers for lunch.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. Don't eat any exercise calories

    What would I have done differently? Not have had a heavy lunch and not had a musiel bar.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? stay under/in calorie goal. NO CHOCOLATE!

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes (JUST under but I have to eat to take medicine at odd hours so that added tommy calorie intake)
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did the cardio I needed even though I didn't feel well
    What would I have done differently? Need to find how to eat for meds without it potentially blowing my limits
    What is today's personal goals? Eat within goals, be as active as able to be but don't do too much til doc clears me

    What did I do that I am proud of? Got myself to Strength and Tone class when I really wanted to skip it.
    What would I have done differently? I shouldn't have opened that bag of Fritos :P
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? Eat reasonably like a normal person. Feel less bloated by the end of the day.

    Tues - 30 min spinning; 15 min weights for upper body

    What is today's personal goals? eat healthily get water and exercise while camping

    Sunday: Bicycle ride - Yes 55 minutes
    Monday: aquafit - Yes! 60 minutes
    Tuesday: weight training or walk - Walk with HRM to try to stay in right zone. 60+ minutes
    Wednesday: Aquafit - Yes, 60 minutes
    Thursday: weight training or walk - I guess this will have to be a rest day
    Friday: something - I am off to a camping trip but we get alot of exercise

    Did I reach personal goal? Yes, and I had over 1000 exercise calories today.
    What did I do that I am proud of? We walked everywhere we went today and we went to a LOT of places! Planned my earlier meals since I knew we were going to have pub food for dinner.
    What would I have done differently? Nothing.
