    GW at the end of the Summer 9/22: I want to be at 245 lbs.

    Mon - 40 min "Gentle Yoga Class" 10 mins on bike, 15 on treadmill
    Sun - 10 mins on bike, 15 on treadmill, 20ish min strength training, and yard work
    Sat - 20 mins on recumbent bike at home
    Fri - 10 mins on bike, 15 mins on treadmill and 20ish min strength training
    Thurs - 10 mins on bike, 10 mins on treadmill, 20ish min strength training, yard work
    Wed - 20 mins on bike, 15 mins on treadmill, 30ish mins strength training machines
    Tues - 10 mins on bike, 10 mins on treadmill, 20 (I think) reverse type crunches

    Hey all! We are settled in and got my laptop connected. On the side trips, I've been able to jump into the diary a few times with my phone app but now I can get into the message boards. I'll be back with daily check in starting tomorrow! I don't have scales but have been pretty good when eating fast food and traveling. We did a LOT of hiking and walking while in Oregon so that's good. Will do lots of that here in Idaho, also, plus I'll be eating in a lot and there is no fast food here in Ketchum so will have good food choices! Take care and hope all of you are doing well with yor weight loss goals.

    My daughter is still here till the 1st so I am trying to get as much exercise in as possible and eat wisely.

    Leaving Friday for a week of sailing . I will be checking in when I can. Until then
