Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes - determined I shouldn't eat Subway unless I plan to not have any other high sodium foods! lol
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't eat any bread or desserts on a buffet.
What would I have done differently? Not drank a barcardi razz AFTER I had done exercise for the day to get me back under in calories so I went over after all.
What is today's personal goals? Stay within all nutrition goals. Last day before monday morning weigh in so last chance!

I have not been out walking for two days starting again today
stuck to my cals all week did not eat the right amount of fruit and veg
at all ate some I will try this week to do better and drinking water is hard for me so

I'm with you chemburly........have trouble with my sodium intake also! I've reduced my goal down to 1750 instead of 2500 because I'm supposed to be on low sodium diet for my blood pressure and I'm struggling with that. :ohwell: We'll get there though won't we!0

What would I have done differently? Done another 12 minutes of eliptical but I'm going to bed.
What is today's personal goals? Volunteering at the hospital tomorrow morning so going to take the stairs instead of the elevator when I can.

Much to my surprise I lost 1lb while on vacation. Probably all the walking and I think the motion sickness got the best of me :sick: I'm glad to be back home :bigsmile:
