    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed under my calories
    What would I have done differently? Saved some of my lunch for later. I was stuffed and could barely eat a waffle for dinner with my son because I don't want him to see me skipping meals.
    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories and exercise on the bike tonight

    Mon - 25 minutes stationary bike
    Tues - 21 minutes stationary bike
    Wed - 22 minutes walking, over an hour of loading/unloading a box truck at work
    Thurs - 23 minutes walking

    Hi Ladies,

    I am back from my 13 days in Germany and Amsterdam. What can I say, it was tiring but fun.
    Now doing lots of laundry today and hope to be back with you all as soon I catch up again.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, I have been under on calories except for today and I am not bad today
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes I haven't been eating all of my exercise calories and my calorie goal is high enough so that I don't really need to.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I have gotten back into my exercise routine but had a small injury so I had a recuperation day yesterday. I have decided to stop C25K after my knee problem flaring up a bit again.
    What would I have done differently? make sure I bring my water with me
    What is today's personal goals? drink water, don't eat exercise calories

    Sunday: walk no but I paddle boated
    Monday: aquafit - yes
    Tuesday: walk/run - yes
    Wednesday: aquafit - no recuperating from small injury
    Thursday: walk/run? - only small walk

    What would I have done differently? stayed away for the skinny cows
    What is today's personal goals? No snacking, drink water, get to bed earlier

    Mon - Our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Won't be doing my regular exercises.
    Tues - 45 minutes on the recumbent bike for 12.0 miles and 45 minutes on a workout DVD.
    Wed - 41 minutes on the recumbent for 12 miles and 45 minutes on a workout DVD.
    Thurs - 55 mins walking w/daughter & her pup, 45 mins on a workout DVD.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Exercised on the bike even though I didn't feel like it
    What would I have done differently? Brought a salad for lunch - I was craving the kale that I knew was in the fridge at home
    What are today's personal goals? Stay on track for calories and exercise at work (another physical labor day at work)

    Fri - 4-6 hours of manual labor at work sorting and setting up clothes at our thrift store

    Tues - Turbo Jam DVD "Burn"
    Wed - danced for 13 minutes, push ups, dips.
    Thurs. - Turbo Jam DVD "Burn", lunges, back exercises
    Fri. - Turbo Jam DVD "20 Minute Work Out", back exercises, push-ups, dips

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went out to dinner, and made good choices. Also, used my little "peddler" while watching tv instead of just zoning out
    What would I have done different? I should have done a workout.
    What is today's personal goals? Stay within calorie limit and go for a short walk with my husband and daughter.


    GW at the end of the Summer 9/22: I want to be at 245 lbs.

    Sat - 20 mins with "peddler"
    Fri - 26 Min walk with dogs
    Thurs - 27 min walk with dogs and 15 mins on the recumbent bike
    Wed - 26 min walk with dogs
    Tues - Nada
    Mon - Mall walking for too many hours to count
    Sun- 1 hr walk at mall

    What is today's personal goals? Find some way to exercise while my foot is hurt

    What would I have done different? Not had the ice cream or treats I consumed on the weekend.
    What is today's personal goals? Get back on track after two week vacation and eat right

    What are today's personal goals? Have some good carbs and exercise

    I was off on my monthly goal again for the third month in a row (3.8 pounds instead of my goal of 5). I need to figure out a way to lose one more pound a month so I meet my goals! The good news is I'm still losing!
