    Thanks everyone for the help! I am really excited about the omega 3 suggestion. I looked into it and because it is a known anti-inflammatory, it is also known to help with extreme menstrual pain. Every month I am basically bedridden for a few days because of my cycle and I am really hoping that the omega 3's will not only help with my foot issues BUT will actually make those days bearable. Who knows... maybe I'll even be able to exercise on those days /gasp

    Oh... and btw... as of this morning I have lost almost 12lbs in the three weeks I have been coming here! YAY!!!!! I know it will slow down soon and a lot of it has been water weight but I am still really excited!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No :-p I didn't accomplish any of those things. I didn't go out to the drug store, I could have wore my shoes in the house more, and I didn't try any DVD
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made an appointment to check out a gym today. Went for a short walk
    What would I have done different? I should have made a better attempt at reaching my personal goals
    What is today's personal goals? Go to drug store and get a pad for my foot like Dahlia suggested and some omega 3's. Wear shoes all the time, even in the house (ICK) Go check out gym

    What is today's personal goals? Get back on track with healthy eating and exercise

    Thurs.- 60 mins. Pilates Reformer Class
    Fri- Leaving for MIL's a 5 hour drive
    Sat- Hoping to get a walk in

    What would I have done differently? Abstained from the second half of that bagel. It made my tummy hurt! I'm not used to Einstein bagels anymore :(

    What would I have done differently? should have eaten less of my pasta meal - was full but kept eating

    Wed - REST DAY -- made soups and stews for the week.
    Thurs - Another REST DAY -- family business came up. Back to it tomorrow.
    Fri - Walked 4 miles w/my grandpuppy in 60 minutes, then did the Focus T25 Ab workout.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I went to aquafit, weight trained and did some cardio machines and it felt great (Friday Aquafit class is a bit wimpy but good warm up and stretch)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? For the most part... I go the pads for my foot and wore my shoes in the house MOST of the time! Sometimes I would forget since I am so used to going around our house barefoot... but I think I did well. I also checked out a nearby gym. Was a bit more expensive than I expected but hopefully hubby and I can figure out the $$. I didn't buy the omega 3 supplements but they are on sale where we will be shopping tomorrow so that's why.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made it through Friday within my nutritional limits.
    What would I have done different? Moved a bit more
    What is today's personal goals? Eat well while shopping. Buy the omega 3 supplements

    Did I meet yesterdays personal goals? Almost got the house clean. Found sweet corn at the Farmers Market so we spent several hours freezing corn instead! yummmmmmm
    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Did my last 15 minutes of eliptical late when I didn't want to.
    What would I have done differently? Should have had steamed vegetables instead of sweet potato fries when we went out for dinner.
    What is today's personal goals? Don't eat my exercise calories. Empty large freezer into refrig. freezer. (Hope it all fits!) Finish house cleaning.

    Thanks so much Dahlia! My "pain" isn't bothering much at all... now when I am on my feet for hours on end, it isn't pretty. I am hoping to go to my doctor soon and talk to them about medically prescribed insoles, especially for my under developed arch. I should probably see my doc anyway before I really start working out at the gym or anything. That way if I need any braces for my ankles or knees until the muscle are stronger, I can get the proper one prescribed. (Yes, my body has started falling apart, but I am hoping strength training will start putting it back together.)
