    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? not sure
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? no - didn't track all my calories
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ????
    What would I have done differently? get a walk in
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and swam 1 mile. I turned 44 today...wanted to make sure I could still swim a mile :bigsmile:

    Ok, so really screwed up with my eating while on vacation ... the scale was HORRIBLE this morning. I'm going to give myself until Friday to see where I am at before I record my weight. I will have to adjust my goal I'm afraid.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    What would I have done differently? a lot

    What did I do that I am proud of? I lost another pound!
    What would I have done differently? Only had 1 helping for dinner instead of 2, & only 1 slice of bday cake instead of 1 1/2.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals? exercise & stay under in calories

    Goal Weight at the end of Summer 9/22: = 134 lbs.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I used my exercise ball and can use my peddler for upper body
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't cave in to emotional eating even when my daughter and I had a fight
    What would I have done different? Moved more
    What is today's personal goals? Enjoy my spa day without killing calories, take vitamins

    Sun- 22 min walk, 15 mins on stationary bike
    Sat - 20 mins with "peddler"
    Fri - 26 Min walk with dogs
    Thurs - 27 min walk with dogs and 15 mins on the recumbent bike
    Wed - 26 min walk with dogs

    This is HUGE in my opinion & emotional eating is exactly what made me over-weight to begin with!

    Hey all! I'm back from Market and will be back tracking etc tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing well and have had a good week. Happy Birthday GoldK! Glad to be back home and now time to get ready for extended vacation starting next Wednesday! woohoo!

    Doing this tonight because I have a long day of driving ahead of me tomorrow to pick my son up from camp. I won't be able to get much movement/exercise in for the day but I am already planning my meals & snacks for the road. One more day of babying my foot and then Thursday I am going to be back at it hopefully. :happy:

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, my spa day was EXACTLY what I needed! And through it all I kept to my nutritional goals. I remembered to take my vitamins too!
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Took care of myself. (Which is something I don't tend to do) Had a massage therapist give my aching muscles a good rubbing which seemed to have helped tremendously! My foot isn't hurting very much tonight!
    What would I have done different? Moved more
    What is today's (July 17th) personal goals? Stop van every couple hours and do some stretching and general movement. Don't cave in to fast food. Eat healthy.
