    Sun- 4.15 miles in 64 minutes...that's it!
    Mon - 85 mins on challenges and T25; 44 mins on the recumbent for 12 miles
    Tues - 3.15 miles walked w/daughter and grand puppy
    Wed - 125 mins on challenges and T25; 60 mins on the recumbent bike for 14 miles

    Saturday (Didn't get to check in yesterday)
    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes (Probably) Went out for dinner and tried to log it to the best of my abilities... might be off but I am not going to freak out about it.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got my cardio in, even though I didn't want to. Went out to dinner and made the best choices I could. Didn't freak out about my caloric limits but still tried to be careful.
    What would I have done differently? Probably should have forgone the second glass of wine and the offer of the cupcake.
    What is today's personal goals? Eat within nutritional goals, get in some strength training

    GW at the end of the Summer 9/22: I want to be at 245 lbs.

    Sat - 30 mins on recumbent bike at home
    Fri - 30 mins on recumbent bike at home.
    Thurs - 10 mins on bike, 1 hr getting my butt kicked by trainer tongue
    Wed - No ACTUAL "exercise" but walked around the Detroit Zoo for 4 hours :-P
    Tues - 30 mins on bike, 1 hour strength training with personal trainer
    Mon - 40 min "Gentle Yoga Class" 10 mins on bike, 15 on treadmill
    Sun - 10 mins on bike, 15 on treadmill, 20ish min strength training, and yard work

    What would I have done differently? Ate better. I had some family problems and didn't feel up to eating.

    Sun - 2 mins rowing, 10 mins on bike, 30 on treadmill, 1 hour or so strength training

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Fit all my son's play activities at the park yesterday morning into a good workout for Mama :)
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What are today's personal goals? Stay in calorie limit and get back on the stationary bike after a week of alternative workouts. I kind of missed it (mostly because moving and cleaning at work was exhausting!)

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? yes, except we had some yummy chinese food leftovers from Friday night dinner but not too junky
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a long bike ride (for me anyway) with hills, They have just upgraded a trail near us and put in some good bike paths to it so we can get there safely from home.So I am planning to make more use of it.
    What would I have done differently? a little less ice cream last night
    What is today's personal goals? eat healthily, more water and exercise 1 hour

    What did I do that I am proud of? Hiked some and it was rough and uphill!.
    What would I have done differently? Probably shouldn't have had a little ice cream but it was sooooo good!
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. Drink 4 glasses of water.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? stayed under cals (close) on a no exercise day
    What would I have done differently? got a short walk in - but my foot and shoulder to feel better today, so rest was probalby what I needed - hopefully step class today won't make them worse again

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Nope - I didn't exercise. I was too tired after prepping for my son's bday (goody bags and treats for his friends at daycare, decorating the kitchen, etc.)

    What are today's personal goals? Stay in calorie limit and get on the stationary bike even if it is just for a few minutes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? spent the day with my daughter
    What would I have done differently? track...track...track..
    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories, and went for a walk. So - woke up this morning feeling like 1000 lbs. Tired... sluggish... instead of going the Y and do the elliptical I went for a walk - 90 minutes later I am home feeling much better. Maybe the 5-1/2 mile walk - maybe some vitamin D - fresh air or a combination of all. The past couple of weeks haven't been that great for me (even though I worked out 5 days last week). Will keep moving...and try to watch my calories and what I am putting in my body :bigsmile:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did 30 mins on home bike (even though didn't want to)
    What would I have done differently? Ate better. Still having some family problems and didn't feel up to eating, but I really felt the difference today when I worked out.
    What is today's personal goals? Eat better (more, better choices... all in all I need to fuel my body properly) and go to gym for personal training session.

    I am really confused now since when I just stand my HRM says I am at what estimates say is 60% of my max heart rate (96 based on age) so that means I shouldn't walk just stand there to stay in the recommended zone. I walked any way and found that I felt about right (pushing it but not too much - able to talk) at 120+ but I did get tired after 30 minutes of that rate. So really using the HRM wasn't that useful. Oh well.

    What did I do that I am proud of? Had frozen grapes instead of ice cream.
    What would I have done differently? Had chicken sandwich instead of cheeseburger and no onion rings!

    Did I reach personal goal? Yes, Walked forEVER and will have my 5th glass before I go to bed.
    What did I do that I am proud of? Walked many different times today and walked up several BIG hills instead of avoiding. Didn't eat ice cream even though I could have!
    What would I have done differently? eaten a salad instead of leftovers for lunch.
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. Don't eat any exercise calories
