    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? instead of having fried clams for dinner I had the baked salmon.

    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Eat reasonably while at the Detroit Zoo today.

    GW at the end of the Summer 9/22: I want to be at 245 lbs.


    Tues - 30 mins on bike, 1 hour strength training with personal trainer
    Mon - 40 min "Gentle Yoga Class" 10 mins on bike, 15 on treadmill
    Sun - 10 mins on bike, 15 on treadmill, 20ish min strength training, and yard work
    Sat - 20 mins on recumbent bike at home
    Fri - 10 mins on bike, 15 mins on treadmill and 20ish min strength training
    Thurs - 10 mins on bike, 10 mins on treadmill, 20ish min strength training, yard work
    Wed - 20 mins on bike, 15 mins on treadmill, 30ish mins strength training machines

    Leaving Friday for a week of sailing . I will be checking in when I can. Until then
    have a great week and stay motivated. :happy:
    During that week there will be walking and we have our bikes with us. So exercise

    Tues - 3.15 miles walked w/daughter and grand puppy
    Wed - 125 mins on challenges and T25; 60 mins on the recumbent bike for 14 miles

    What would I have done differently? nothing I I feel much more in control when planning meals and tracking!

    Thanks Goldk.... I have really been enjoying my gym membership. Its so much easier to keep an appointment to work out when you have to GO TO THE GYM. If I tried to do this at home there would always be SOMETHING that would come up to pull me away.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ate fairly well even while at the zoo, and during a "emergency" run that required fast food (thank goodness for Subway) This is the first time on a family outing that required a lot of walking that my legs didn't feel like they wanted to fall off.
    What would I have done differently? Stressed out less
    What is today's personal goals? Work hard with trainer, eat within nutritional goals

    Before my daughter left today we went for a bike ride and checked out the new bike path near us.

    What would I have done differently? we were celebrating our son having taken the worst part of the bar so nothing really

    Did I reach personal goal? yes & no.........didn't drink enough water but stayed within goals and didn't eat exercise calories
    What did I do that I am proud of? didn't have ice cream even though I had exercise calories to use. Walked a LOT, little elevation to get acclaimated to the high elevation before any hiking. got battery for my pedometer.
    What would I have done differently? nothing
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. wear pedometer. drink at least 4 glasses of water

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? worked out with my daugther. Thought I was having something very bad for dinner and when I went to log it and it wasn't as bad as I thought - Thai Red Curry Chicken - YUMMO! First time having it.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? When family had Lemon Meringue Pie for dessert last night, I didn't binge, but nor did I become a martyr. I had a tiny piece (half of a serving) which while might have been high in fat, it satisfied my desire to join in, but I stayed within my caloric limits
    What would I have done differently? Nothing
    What is today's personal goals? Eat within nutritional goals, get in some cardio

    What did I do that I am proud of? planned what I ate and didn't eat exercise goals. Wore pedometer all day. Will have to research real goal of wearing it. Yes, it counts my steps and how far I've gone but doesn't know speed or if uphill, etc. Will have to research a little more. Can anybody tell me real purpose of using?
    What would I have done differently? nothing
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. I drank my 4 glasses of water and will continue to put as goal to increase so it will become routine like calories. 4 glasses of water

    What did I do that I am proud of? Had a pizza slice & garlic knots for lunch (YUM!) but ate good dinner and walked tonight to make up for it! AND .....I get to have a little ice cream! :love:
    What would I have done differently? should have not had pizza and garlic knots but wouldn't have done it differently!
    What are tomorrow's personal goals. Drink 4 glasses of water and not use exercise calories.

    Sat - Walked 20 minutes UPHILL and 30 minutes downhill and flat. Here in the mountains in Sun Valley Idaho there isn't much of anything flat!
