Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, my dinner was rather high in calories but by the end of the day I was within my calories limits
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I managed to go out for dinner and made decent food choices. In order to be able to eat the hamburger I wanted I had a side instead of the typical French fries to stay within my limits
What would I have done different? I think I did quite well. I probably could have done without the burger....
What is today's personal goals? Get at least 5000 steps and stay within my calorie limit. Find a pair for sneakers!!!!!

Did I meet yesterdays personal goals? No Did okay except I didn't plan or log before eating dinner so went over. I know better!
What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Everything. Took lunch to work.
What would I have done differently? Should have determined what I had left to use and planned meal accordingly. Dpne 10 min. more on eliptical
What is today's personal goals? Take a salad for lunch. Enjoy my last day of work before my summer vacation! I don't return until the end of August! Woohoo! Semi retirement is wonderful!!

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, I was out shopping for the entire day so my meals weren't GREAT but they stayed within my calorie limits
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I got my walk (plus some) and I found good running shoes!!!!!!
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? While some of my food choices weren't as good as they could have been, I made others that kept the entire day within my limits. (salad instead of fries, water vs. raspberry lemonade)
What would I have done different? Been better prepared for meals out of the house.
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calorie limit, but I am going to rest my wearing feet (well at the moment they feel like nubs)

I don't think going over on your macros is so bad as long as you have a good balance for the week. I think MFP low balls the protein "goal" too.

Well...............here I sit eating a salad at my desk on my last day working until the end of August! Woohoo! I'll bet you thought, the way my post began, that this was going to be a sad story! LOL NOOOOOO WAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!! Vacation here we come! What this will be will be a true test of how good I can be with food choices, tracking and checking in when I'm not living such a structured life!. I'm going to be all over the place but hopefullly will have internet access most of the time so you'll see me around. Won't have access to eliptical or scales most of the time so that should be interesting! Should be hiking and walking alot so should get my exercise in but wondering what my weight is doing is going to be difficult. Hopefully it'll be a nice surprise when I get home! I don't leave on my first adventure until tomorrow night so I'll be in here a few more times. I'm just about done cleaning off my desk so the vacation is starting in my head! I just felt like sharing! Hope everyone is having a good day.0

Hello Everyone! I'm new to myfitnesspal as of this week, but I'm looking to keep motivated and track my health and fitness so that I can get in better shape this summer. This seems like a great thread!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Ran my two miles with just under an 8 minute mile time!
What would I have done differently? Gotten a healthier alternative when I met a friend for a cocktail that evening..
What are today's personal goals? Complete a 2.5 min run - no breaks and decide on something healthy for dinner at work instead of something that 'looks good'.

The scale is at 200.5 - super close to onederland (again)!!! I've been on track for the most part. Down 12lbs since March - yay!!

Hi Ladies,
I am back from my 13 days in Germany and Amsterdam. What can I say, it was tiring but fun.
