    Did you meet yesterdays personal goals? No. I did do the flight of stairs 5 up & down. I just realized I didn't log those. :noway:
    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Not much.:frown:
    What would I have done differently? Should have done eliptical. Looked at it while sitting on the couch.....I don't think that counts!
    What is today's personal goals? Nutritional goals & 2 sets on eliptical

    Sun- 15 min eliptical (2 sessions) -Walked down, & up, river bluff to the riverfront insteaad of driving! Onlly about 3 blocks but 2 of them are at a 45 degree angle!
    Mon - 2 lbs lost. 15 minute eliptical
    Tues - 12 minutes eliptical
    Wed - Flight of stairs 5 times (up and down)

    Did you meet yesterdays personal goals? I did increase to 15 minutes sessions but only did 1:frown:
    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Not much!
    What would I have done differently? Ran all day so hurried and didn't plan well and ate bad quick choices!
    What is today's personal goals? 2 eliptical sessions

    Did you meet yesterdays personal goals? Yes......one at 15 and 1 at 10
    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? At chinese buffet and still stayed under calories (explains sodium through the roof!)
    What would I have done differently? Done another 5 min. on eliptical.
    What is today's personal goals? stay under on SLL nutritional goals

    What did I do yesterday that I was proud of? Everything. Also sang for a family funeral and did a great job if I do say so myself! What would I have done differently? Nothing.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I stopped eating when after dinner.
    What would I have done different? Shopped less, not bought donuts.
    What is today's personal goals? A good swim, more veggies, painting an oil painting.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, I may have eaten under for just starting P90x but I don't feel bad.
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes, I started a paper that is shaping up well. I did my second day of P90x and ate correctly.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I woke up at 7am to workout. And did so happily.
    What would I have done different? Not wanted to walk out of my job in the middle of my shift.
    What is today's personal goals? A good workout, eat enough protein even though it seems weird, study, study, study.

    GW at the end of the Summer 9/22: That is right around the time I am finishing P90x and I hope to have, all in all, lost a total of 40 lbs. 160.

    What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories and get back to the Y. No more vacation...no more holiday!!! Time to get back to the ole routine.

    Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes, my dinner was rather high in calories but by the end of the day I was within my calories limits
    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I managed to go out for dinner and made decent food choices. In order to be able to eat the hamburger I wanted I had a side instead of the typical French fries to stay within my limits
    What would I have done different? I think I did quite well. I probably could have done without the burger....
    What is today's personal goals? Get at least 5000 steps and stay within my calorie limit. Find a pair for sneakers!!!!!

    What would I have done differently? had an open faced sandwich for lunch to save 80 calories for more chips at dinner!
