What can you make with overripe bananas?

I have like 4 overripe bananas. The kind with the brown speckles on them. Do I just throw them away or are their low calories recipes I can make with them?

Banana Bread is the only thing I know of. But maybe WW has a not so bad recipient for it0

I think I'm gonna try and make low cal chocolate banana muffins and then banana bread :DD I've never made these before0

Use applesauce in place of butter in the banana bread... healthier and tastes better. It makes it really moist!0

If they have brown spots, but they are not mushy, they are not over ripe, they are perfectly ripe. If they are solid yellow, they are not ripe yet.
For overripe bananas, peel them, cut them into 2 inch sections, put them in a freezer bag, and freeze them. Next time you make a smoothie, add some frozen bananas.0 -
If I have over riped ones, I use them in my protein shake. Use apple juice and ice and then mix it so the ice chops, then add chunks of the banana and then your protein powder. Mix and drink.....it's delicious!

Just tried the two ingredient pancakes (egg and banana) and think they would be great with really ripe bananas, as they mash up better and are sweeter! Mine were a bit too green, methinks! :-)0

Put them in food pro wizz them till soft, place in tub in freezer! healthy icecream. don't eat too much though!!! 0

Are there "a few brown speckles" or are they ACTUALLY overripe? If they're starting to get soft, smoothies or banana bread are your best bets.
I use the Better Homes and Garden recipe but I use whole wheat flour and dark chocolate chips. It's devine.0 -

Here is an easy recipe that I used the first time I ever made banana bread and it turned out perfect. I didn't use as much sugar as it called for. You can tweak it to lighten it up.
