I don't like the wrist ones as I feel they are inaccurate. I prefer the ONE; which I wear on my hip so I track only walking and not my hand movement.

I benched 95lbs 6 times yesterday at the gym. When I started lifting in April I was only benching 55-60. Loving the gains in seeing on all my lifts! Lift heavy ladies!!

I find if my active minutes are high in fitbit then I have a lot of exercise calories.

I ran 1.5 miles tonight for the second time since I started running a month ago. I cut 27 seconds of my time which I was proud of. I bought some running underwear from Amazon. They are aisics. They are so comfortable while working out and do t bunch at all. I only have 2 pairs because they are pricy at about $20/pair but so worth it!

congrats! The mental game is huge!! I recently started running after having a huge mental block. The first 3-4 times I went running I repeated to myself over and over again while running "it's all mental, it's all mental, I can do this, it's all mental, it's all mental".

My BP reads ~140/85; my doctor is giving me year to get myself under control with diet/exercise because she knows I can do it. Interested to see how my BP reacts to my new lifestyle I've been living for 5 weeks now!

me too! I get a migraine the day before or the day I start and sometimes another one 1-2 days later. It really sucks. I find eating fruit a frozen fruit bar helps my cravings

where are your snacks you said you were eating during the day. Eating some almonds is a great way to keep your metabolism up and add healthy calories.

I'm 26 and 206lbs after the holidays. I gained 11 lbs in the last 3-4 months. Hoping to lose a most of that in the next month or 2 and then continue on! I lost 25 lbs last year and just keep putting more back on...don't want to be at my highest weight ever again!
