Wow everyone is really owning this challenge!!!!! So far I'm on 2228...Which I'm quite surprised by as I've been feeling a bit under the weather all week! Good thing I have a dog who needs his walks I guess! Keep moving guys, we can do this!!!

Ok, so the song that makes me wanna get my groove on is Pump It by Black Eyed Peas! Try doing the alphabet dance to this! (This is writing the alphabet with your body - gets the hips moving! )

How's everyone getting on? I had one of my plums for breakfast, I'm now eating my blueberries, got spinach for lunch, asparagus for dinner, apple for afternoon snack, yum!!
