Hello!! I also would say not to worry and stay consistent. also I don't know where your calories are coming from..try to add protein and maybe start lifting weights, that will help you build muscle and in return gain weight....

Because it depends on the intensity of the class and how much you weight.. I burn 590 calories in a 45 minutes class.. (I am a Zumba Instructor) and weight 135 pounds...but I know for sure is not in the exercise database of MFP I already looked for it..
