Very disproportional fat areas. HELP.

Options
I have some areas innmy body that are very very skinny like my back and arms and shoulders. I mean my back bones are showing and its starting to look really embarrassing espaciallly for a guy. Now the real problem is i still have too much belly fat and chest fat. i'm seriously lost: If i try losing more weight to get rid of the body fat my back shoulders and arms will look even skinnier; and if i try gaining weight to make them look healthy i will have even more belly and chest fat! This is really depressing i don't know what to do. Help please.

    Definitely lift!!
Lifting will build those muscles making your arms and back look much better while still reducing body fat from the front. Stay at a calorie deficit and get lots of protein. While you won't get big on a deficit, you will improve your strength and appearance.

I kinda carry my weight the same way - very little fat in my shoulders and back most all of it is belly/*kitten*.

Like everyone else has said - lifting helps a lot, but unfortunately for us there is no way to deal with it other than keep losing. I will say that when I was about 210 or so my arms/shoulders/back all looked the same - so it seems now that my belly is definitely getting targeted more *shrug* just keep going - eventually it has to come off our trouble areas

They are all correct. LIFT MY FRIEND, LIFT! Also, when or where we lose fat is something of a crap shoot. It can be very individual. Generally, however men do tend to carry fat around their bellies and upper body.

I am right there with you.. have muscles in my arms and legs, but my belly is so fat that is annoying.. I am a trainer and teach 5 days a week sometimes 3 times a day.. I also do insanity and lift weights on my own,.,I am in awesome shape but can't get rid of my belly fat.. I finally went to a fitness specialist and he told me to go see the nutritionist which I did and now I am on a diet but not getting enough calories.. so I am frustrated as well but will continue to try to get my belly flat...because I am very petite I can't really lift too much and look to bulki.. anyway.. good luck and let me know if something works for you...

I was in the army with this guy in his early 40's who was ripped in his shoulders and arms but had a huge beer belly and chicken legs. He could run a marathon and bench press a Buick but was otherwise out of shape. lift all the muscles

I don't have any good advice and I am sorry for that.

EDIT: spell check is not a grammar check.

Lift heavy, just like everyone else sad. You will improve the muscle layer in the back (and everywhere) and burn the fat.
