Is there guidelines to this challenge? I just got back on Keto in March and am looking for accountability so I just re-joined MFP.

Thank you! I'm thinking that entry might not be accurate..it's just what I had on my log from way back when I thought 'low fat was the way to go.

I'm sorry I don't think I know what you mean by 'fat only needs to be a goal if losing weight too quickly'? When on keto isn't eating high fat & low carb the goal? I worry about too much protein because I've read that excess protein turns into glucose.

Thank you for the input!! I'm not necessarily trying to avoid meat...it's just that even though it helps reach my fat goal it also takes me over in protein.

I can relate. I am also 8 weeks with fluctuating weight, I'm up 2 then down 3 then up 1...I can't say for sure if I've gained anything yet :) My first appointment is on the 15th & I'll be almost 10 weeks we'll see what the scale says then.

Today's weight - 180.6 This is up from last friday, don't know what that's about but it's ok, I will keep fighting for me!! I'm actually excited about his group, it's the accountability I needed. I've tried to do this 30DS three times in the past and never get past day 4!!

Interesting challenge...I'm in! I usually do 30 before my workout. I think i'll do 50 in the am before work, 50 as part of warm-up & 43 before leaving the gym = 143 daily! definitely doable :)

I just saw this today! Gotta catch up on my cardio burn :P not a fan of cardio...but i know I need this for overall health!! Here I go...30 min cardio day 1!

I totally missed this challenge info!! I forgot to log in on friday and haven't logged anything for a few days. I don't usually on the wknds...this is a sign that I NEED to do this right, just like I did years ago when I joined MFP! Here we go...diary going public!

Today will be day 4 for me!:wink: I've been strength training for 3 months & I've made progress with my fitness:happy: (I love that I can say that)...but let me tell you this 26 minute workout is really harder than I expected!!
