are 'meatless' dinners possible on keto??
I find that if I don't have meat, I don't meet my fat goal. But I also, often go over on protein. How can I have a high fat dinner without meat/protein? Should I increase my calorie goal??
Question: How can I tell when I started eating at the 1450 calorie goal? Is there somewhere on my profile I can look? I'm just curious as to how long I've been at this number and if I should increase it even more. When I changed it from the 1200 I selected 'sedentary' because I have a desk job...but I do workout 4-5 times…

HEART RATE MONITOR
Any suggestions?? Are the heart rate monitors they have at Walmart worth the money? I want/need to buy one but I don't want to spend so much on it either. Thank you for your input :)

Acai Berries Cleanse???
Has anyone here used the Xtrim Acai Cleanse and Colon Cleanse? I see it advertised in several places and they claim to have excellent results. It seems like one of those things too easy to be true but I'm just curious if anyone has tried it or knows of anyone it has worked for.

Carbs vs Protein??
Why does MF suggest more carbs than protein?? If our goal is to lose weight shouldn't we be eating more protein than carbs? I'm confused...anyone care to clarify?? Thank you much :D
