Long Term Weight Loss???...

Hi everyone,
I started out at 222 lbs and have lost 13.5 lbs. My goal weight is 160 - 165 so I'm giving myself till the end of the year to shed the 62 - 57 lbs left. I currently eat 1200 calories but I was wondering...will I continue to shed the weight if I eat the same amount of calories for the remainder of the challenge?? I know it wouldn't be healthy to go any lower than 1200 calories so I'm just wondering what comes next.
Please, I hope someone can give me some good advice. I'm determined to meet my goal!!!!

Hey,
You will continue to lose the weight as long as you burn more calories than you consume. The calories you burn from exercise do not eat those; just make sure you continue to get the 1200 needed to maintain the body. God Bless, brenda0
