I've had Hashimoto's for a long time and with or without medication, it never affected my ability to lose weight. I have had no luck keeping it off but I suspect that has more to do with my terrible diet and sedentary lifestyle than anything else.

Oy, I had my period last week for the first time in 20 months (yay breastfeeding). I felt like I was twelve years old again, it was AWFUL. Well I'm re-configuring how often I''m doing it so when I count back I just finished L1D8. Some parts are getting easier and I switched to higher hand weights because the strength stuff was way too easy.

I skipped today and went jogging instead. I'm really, really bored with the DVD so I think I'm going to drop down to a few times a week and jog on the off days.

I did something to my foot earlier while I was riding my bike so I took it pretty easy on the DVD today. Ha, today was the first time I did it while my kids were awake and my two year old was trying to sit on my belly during the ab bits! Done! It is definitely getting easier! And I was barely sore from yesterday! My weight did go up a pound but I'm not concerned about it, I had salty food yesterday.

I've never heard of Locks of Love selling the hair instead of donating it but I have heard several times of salons claiming they are collecting for Locks of Love when in actualty they are selling the hair to extension/wig companies.

Yeah, I'm at that same stage- it's brushing my shoulders but I have all these weird layers growing out so it's difficult to pull it all back in a pony tail. Oh, also, my shorts fell off today while I was carrying my baby. I didn't have a free hand to grab them and they just slid down. I just got them like two weeks ago and they barely fit me then!

Push-ups are the hardest thing for me but I can already tell it's getting a bit easier. I also really dislike the jumping jacks but I have huge boobs and it's really painful. Took day four off, just didn't have time. I'm alright with it though, I walked ALL DAY LONG so I don't feel like I slacked too bad.
