I am on week 6 of BBG! I feel stronger and I have lost 5lbs. More non scale victories than weight just flying off so far but I am completely happy with that too! Definitely taking lots of pictures each week and seeing results even if not drastic ones. Taking measurements too :)

I have cut out red meat and soda entirely. I have also cut out any processed foods. I shop on the outside of the market. I have also cut out beer, white wine, and almost all alcohol. If I am going to drink. It's once a week and it's vodka. But I am working towards not drinking at all!!!

soda is completely pointless. great job getting rid of it! i haven't had it in going on 3 months. i used to crave it, but now i crave water, green tea, and coffee. i wish i could get rid of caffeine, but it is just not happening! that will be my next goal after No Scale October!!

I have never had an actual knee injury, but I definitely can feel it after some of the workouts! I did a lot of running before I started Insanity and I think I may have been over working my knee, but I haven't had any bruising. I usually do my Insanity workouts on a yoga mat, so that I have more cushion for when I land.

Spinach, almonds, turkey/chicken, yogurt, beans, whole grain (bread, pasta), frozen fruits (for smoothies!), any vegetables that are in season (seasonal cooking is great! especially getting produce from local farms!), green tea, coffee (such a sucker for it!), eggs, and i am sure there are more things, but just remember -…

I am about to start on Day 25! I wasn't too sore in the beginning, but I definitely feel it in my calves and knees! I can tell I have lost inches in my waist and hips! I have heard that most of the weight comes off in the second month, but I am extremely happy with the results already! Best of luck!

i just burst out laughing. but seriously, don't log the little things!

PattieCakes23 is completely right! It is about losing inches and gaining muscle *which is heavier than fat*! Stick to clean eating and you will all do great!
