    well calories are indeed being burned. a good session, say a half hour-45 min, where you both work up a sweat has to burn 200-300 calories.

    Who would seriously log calories burned whilst knocking one out? HunterKiller burned 207 calories having a w**k! lol Would i have to keep some turkey handy so i could eat back lost protein too? :smile:

    Yes I do, as often as I can. Difficult to sometimes estimate true calori burn though. I call it adult excersise in MFP

    I do, I just created my own exercise based on my weight, sex, age, and values I found from an online calculator. But I only use it as a rough estimate.
