Carrots are actually not that low in calories ... But that's ok! you can STILL eat them if you log it and if it fits into your day for calories. You need to log EVERYTHING. You need to figure out how many calories you should be eating every day and you need to stick to it. Just changing your diet to foods you think are low…

most people add milk, margarine/butter etc when they make scrambled eggs. do the calculations yourself. 2 eggs at 70 each. If you use anything to make sure it doesn't stick, add that to it. I always make a separate entry for that so I can really see the breakdown.

Age, weight, height. have your diary open so we can see. Do you weight everything? How many calories are you eating. How much do you work out. How long have you been at this. The more info you can give the easier it is for us to spot what could be the "problem".
