My clothes seem to be looser but the weighing scale does not show?

    Age, weight, height.

    have your diary open so we can see.
    Do you weight everything?
    How many calories are you eating.

    How much do you work out.

    How long have you been at this.

    The more info you can give the easier it is for us to spot what could be the "problem".
