That's great man. I'm a little bit below where you started (367 in early January, 343 this morning) and am working at it everday. My mantra has become "It takes everday!" You're inspiring me that I can hit my weight loss goals too (aspire to get down to 200)0

Congratulations, ShaneLynch. I've done the same. Those long walks can do a wonder on the body. The pounds really start to melt off almost immediately.0

Thank you!! On my days off. I walk around 6.5 miles in the morning 3 after lunch and 2 after dinner. When I work I walk 3 after work and 2 after dinner.0

When I first started it was about a 22minute pace. Now when I walk by myself it's usually a 15-16 minute pace.
