That's great man. I'm a little bit below where you started (367 in early January, 343 this morning) and am working at it everday. My mantra has become "It takes everday!" You're inspiring me that I can hit my weight loss goals too (aspire to get down to 200)

Congratulations, ShaneLynch. I've done the same. Those long walks can do a wonder on the body. The pounds really start to melt off almost immediately.

Still losing a little bit. A lot slower now but since my goal was 220lbs, I am not going to complain. :)

What is your pace when you walk?

When I first started it was about a 22minute pace. Now when I walk by myself it's usually a 15-16 minute pace.

Fantastic, you literally walked your *kitten* off & then some! I bet your family very proud! <3

Kinda funny question, how many pairs of shoes did you go thru to cover all those miles?

They are for sure. My wife has even started her journey and has lost over 50lbs. I'm looking to buy my 4th pair of walking shoes. l3b5v6fckyon.jpg
