I used the zen labs C25K app and the MapMyRun app at the same time. I would get audio cues to run and walk AND audio cues for time, distance and pace. All while listening to a really great playlist:)

I love it with fruit (chopped pear or blueberries), cinnamon and a tbsp of chopped walnuts.

I'm a re-starter too:) I backslid in February, gaining back the few pounds I had lost before. It made me realize that I need to make a lifestyle change. Good luck to everyone!
