  • Ive never had this happen but Im sure its disconcerting and causes you a fair amount of anxiety. Just from a fellow members concern, make sure your eating your fair share of calories , getting plenty of water , and taking your migraine medication in plenty of time prior to exercise. Im sure youll get past this .

  • Yes, Ive done it too. I must confess though, when I did alittle research in regards to this, I found a considerable difference in calories. But as you said, it was done out of convienence. So I lean more towards homemade because I use far less sodium, fat, and sugar.
  • I dont because the amount eaten is almost imperceptible, or trace amounts. For the sticklers, Im sure they count every little thing, I just figure to add a few calories to my overall meal.

  • Id go with water resistance training , and recumbent stationary cycling. Both with take the load off your knees but will allow you range of motion and cardio benefits. Get started !!!! Keep me posted on how it works for you.

  • Ive heard the same thing about body detoxing but Ive yet to do it myself. If you feel you'd like to wipe the slate clean and want to feel good about this process, I say go for it !!   • I count ice tea , lemonade, coffee and any other water based drink to be counted as consumed water. But, like one member mentioned keep track if theirs any caloric intake from the beverage. In my case I drink sugar free tea, lemonade , and those crystal light on the go packets that you add to a bottle of water.
