It's not so much the sugar, as the nuts I buy are raw and I roast them/make nut butter out of them myself, without adding anything. So technically, they are a healthy source of fats and proteins. I would love to own a bakery! But I would probably eat everything... would be constant temptation. I ADORE the smell of bakeries, I always seem to gravitate that way whenever I'm in the supermarket, or when I walk past one I seem to always make my way through the door... If only I could eat whatever and never gain weight!

i'm just hoping i maintain at 2000 with no exercise. i am going to start eating exercise calories back from tomorrow when i do my work outs (today was a rest day). to lose weight i have it set at 1310, my BMR is apparently 1500 though so will aim there. thanks for the replies! @cgwatson yes i was eating about 4000-5000 calories per day, i mean had a starter, main, and dessert every night plus the cookies and chocolate. i definitely look bigger, so i think its fat. hopefully will look and feel better soon!
