longest binge streak whilst still trying to lose?
so far in my journey, its been 8 days. i gained 4 pounds, and it took me 3 weeks to get rid of it. this time, its been 4 times in 6 days, and counting. i've given myself a week to eat what i want and then i need to get down to business. whats yours? how much did you gain and how long did you take you lose it again?

quick question about calories
question - i am not exercising today. all i did was walk a little in town. mostly sitting at home and working. if i eat 2000 calories (which is the RDA for females) will i gain weight? over calories but eating healthy?! dangerous??
does anyone have this problem? sometimes i over eat, going over my 1200 calorie limit, but its not junk food at all! its stuff like oatmeal, nuts, veggies and fruit. i try to eat as clean as possible. even if its all good and healthy, can you put on weight by eating too much of this? thanks! :)
