help me?! burning 1000+ cals every day!

Options
Hi all,
I have a question to those who work out a lot and burn a ton of calories... I burn over 1000 calories every day by working out, sometimes over 2000-3000, by training as an athlete. of course, this brings my MFP calorie goal up to 3200.
I know people always say on here (I've been reading!) to EAT BACK YOUR CALORIES as your body needs a deficit of 3500 cals to lose a pound etc, so your NET TOTAL calories should be 1200 to lose 2 pounds a week.
My net totals are sometimes in the minuses.

WHAT DO YOU DO? Should I eat 3200 cals a day? That just wouldnt feel right to me... It wouldn't feel like I was trying to lose weight. Eating that much made me gain 25 pounds in the first place (well that and not exercising, eating junk like chocolate and cookies everyday... but thats not what I'm trying to say here ;)

Very confused! Any help will be MUCH appreciated!
