critique my food diary please?

would be great if any of you could look at my diary and tell me what they think! always good to hear some extra advice/thoughts.

i am 5"8 and very active, burning 1000+ on a normal training day, which i do 5-6 times per week.

i am worried that my body expects me to burn off this amount so when i stop exercising i will put on the weight quickly (has happened before which is why i'm on here)
