I make cream of broccoli, cream of cauliflower or butternut squash. I just use skim milk instead of cream. They are easy and delicious.

just read an article and this was discussed. it said it doesn't really do much, but i guess if it makes you feel better.... and I would miss brussel sprouts

If you use really lean beef you can grate some veggies in there to add moisture. Red peppers, onions or carrots. Lipton onion soup mix is good mixed in with a bit of bbq sauce. Have a burger don't deprive yourself.

looks like a lot of your protein is coming from chocolate and custard. You need to eat protein at lunch try chicken, or low fat cheese, Greek yogurt, edamame are some ideas.

are you drinking enough water?

Make a meat sauce and serve it over whole wheat pasta. Or try making a stuffed pepper or zuchini with brown rice.

You should eat something in the morning. Try egg whites, instant oatmeal, Thomas bagel thins an apple with peanut butter..... But eat something

Add protein to your salad. Tuna, white meat chicken, beans, edamame will all fill you up. Also eat between meals, healthly sancks like veggies or fruit. Good Luck

I have the same problem. Last night I had baby carrots. It helped. Try fruit. If you crave ice cream the weight watcher frozen pops or skinny cows are not too bad. Also keep your hands busy, on the computer, or knitting etc. Good Luck:blushing:
