  • for starters replace your snacks with healthier choices (oranges, apples, fuits & veggies, I find precutting and bagging them makes them easier to just grab so you cant make excuses later) and try to be more aware, think "do I really need that or am I just bored?" ect. you have to retrain your mind try to remember eating…
  • Wow! you look fantastic! good job
  • I am also 5'5'' I started at 214 and I lost about 10 lbs so far, but the scale isnt showing much difference for me Im doing JM 30 ds so Im still losing inches ( I hope!) haha I havent weighed in or measured in awhile. Im on level 2 I was shooting for 130 lbs, but since I started doing some strength I think I will go for…
  • YOU LOOK AWESOME. I can really see a diff! congrats I just started level 2 yesterday. I hope I will see results. I already feel better. I did give myself today ( sunday ) off from it. I know you are supposed to do it 30 consecutive days but... I give myself 1 day off per level ( I dont count it for or against) so I still…

  • I am 5'5 and my cw is 204 lbs... my goal weight is 130
  • You have to try to push past that, believe me i know it sucks! but if you just give up you will never going to to get anywhere. if it were easy we would all be super models but after you accomplish something you really will feel fantastic & you will have more energy
  • If you have 30 min a day I really recommend Jillian Micheals 30 day shred, Im doing it, this is the 2nd time I did it ( day 2 of week one) and I feel great! the workout itself is 20 min intense workout and there is 5 min of stretching before and 5 min after. what works for me to not stop is coming on here and reading the…
  • I am so happy you posted this! I am so out of shape and couldnt make it all the way through level 1, I also have athesma and a chest cold right now, which isnt helping me! Im glad you are still seeing results, I was worried I wouldnt because I couldnt go the full thing and I just keep thinking to myself "no matter how slow…
  • Also keep in mind the 30 day shred is going to build up your muscle, so you may not see pounds lost on the weigh scale! I recommend measuring your inches in your arms & legs, waist and belly because this is where you are going to see the numbers go down!! I don't want you to be discouraged by the scale not changing/…
  • you should do level 1 for 10 days, then level 2 for 10 days, then level 3 for 10 days switching it up every 10 days keeps your muscles "guessing" and is the way you will get the most out of the 30 day shred.
  • lol? apologies if you thought I meant something else...
  • Love it! progress and motivation for you to keep going
  • Good to know. I also have knee/wrist/ankle/back issues which I think is some kind of arthiritis, Im starting tomorrow, and hopefully my body with react well to it. Im certainly going to try to keep up as best I can.
  • I will join you. HOWEVER I will say you ARE going to be building muscle with the 30 day shred, so your scale might even go up! let us not forget this and become discouraged. On the 30 day shred you should be keeping track of inches as well as weight and after the 30 day shred I want to do her ripped in 30 work out
  • good for you for quiting smoking! elliptical is supposed to be easier on the joints and still give a good workout I mean you might be uncomfortable, but uncomfortable is where change happens. that and swimming, of course you should consult your doctor if you have health problems. walking is also good, and you would be…
