I fully agree. I was 300 pounds for most of college. Lost down to 250 and still felt just as big (though I have never truly felt I was THAT big despite the evidence otherwise). Now I'm back up to 300 and feeling the consequences. Starting this journey fresh at 307.

Okay, the money is completely optional. I just did a prize system once and thought it really helped with the motivation... and we did scale pictures to try and keep everyone honest. Not saying they couldn't tweak that still, but it seemed to me like everyone was in it to lose weight, maybe I'm just too trusting of people...
