I've slacked off for a whole year due to graduate studies. I'm finally finished and I would like to continue my quest for healthier lighter me! Yesterday I did 5,208 steps = 3 miles = 45 minutes. Good luck to everyone and happy walking.

One of my biggest pet peeves is folks who put their their bag on an empty seat on a crowded-jam packed train. Did she pay a second fare for her bag too!?!? Glad you posted this information. To prevent the plateau syndrome while trying to lose weight, cardio workout should vary. At least try to change up the routine every four to eight weeks to keep weightloss consistent. If you stay with the same routine then your body will not burn as many calories as it did in the beginning.

Reduce your carbs by 30%. Add more veggies and protein like fish and lean chicken. Stay away from the bagels. Stay out of the restaurants. Wendy’s, McDonalds, etc…have processed foods including their so-called healthy side of the menu. Try to limit your carry out to once a month and brown bag it. You can’t go wrong…

Hi there! Diet pills are a temporary fix and in the long run you end up gaining more weight than what you started out with. You must feed ur body-add fuel to it so that your metabolism functions properly. I will add you as a friend! We can keep each other motivated. :)
