So glad u posted this! I loveeeeed Body Pump until my instructor left and went to another gym. The replacement didnt have the same energy :-( Glad to hear other feedback about the home version because I was thinking about purchasing it as well.

I certainly do and its been a MAJOR stumbling block! It comes from me not planning and properly preparing my weekend meals as I do during the week! :-(

I have the Polar FT4 and then purchased the FT7. I changed to the FT7 because of its ability to show the zones you are working out in based on your heart rate such as Fat Burn, Fitness, Endurance (I think is the last one) Love Love Love Polar!

I try too as I go during the week! On weekends, I try and plan out my meals (this is the time Im more prone to mess up) and something about me putting it in there as I expect WORKS better than as I go (on weekends)

How crazy I justttttttt said this to my gfriend earlier today. She suggested that I put one of my handweights on the scale to verify if the two work. I actually want to purchase me a Weight Watchers Scale. Where did you find the coupon???

Hey Ashley! I havent began the phases however, I am working out to the video 4-5 a week! I am going to go to the grocery store to get myself prepared! I am soooo enjoying this VIDEO!

I was just commenting to another MFP member about how frustrated Ive been - I fell off the wagon and cant regain my focus due to my childrens hectic schedules along with my newborn! Thank you for some light at the end of the tunnel. :-)
