I've owned a couple versions of the Polar HRM's I really liked them, I've considered the bodybugg but they charge for their community and polar has a free one to keep track. I'm just not a fan of those companies that nickel and dime users to no end.

I used whole wheat pita breads, and a variety of toppings, grilled chicken, turkey pepperoni, veggies etc then everyone could have their favorite toppings and still enjoy a healthy pizza. Was always fun and they were nice to have pre-made to reheat for lunch at work etc.

Well Cheat Day doesn't mean eating with a snow shovel, think moderation. Its ok to have the piece of cake but have half of it or share a hot fudge sunday if thats your favorite thing. Having a day such as Sunday being the reward day is ok, it prevents the crave and binge that can happen. A friend of mine did very good for…
