  • I started over a month ago and enjoy how easy it is. I was getting lazy and making excuses at my other gym (working out there for 2yrs) so I thought this would make a good change.   • I stock up on organic when its on clearance or there's a weekly special. Otherwise, I focus all my effort on no fast food and no processed foods. Those two things alone make a HUGE difference. And if you cut back on meat, you'll find there's more money available to buy organic.

  • The other day I mixed greek yogurt and cream cheese with Spike's Seasoning. Yummy!
  • Any and all Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain flourless products. I have had the bread, tortillas and hamburger buns and will never go back to traditional bread again!
  • Great list!! Also, skim is processed and hardly has any nutrients. I've actually switched to almond milk. I rarely if ever use cow's milk anymore and if I do, I used organic 2%.
